VISION
Our commercial space is planned to cover over 175,000 square feet and includes a diverse mix of businesses. The Lone Pine Village master plan calls for a natural foods grocer, boutiques, a spa, a large gym, coffee bars, restaurants as well as office space and other commercial space. The village center will feature tree-lined streets, park benches and other features to inspire casual strolls, shopping and dining. Condominiums will occupy upper floors to ensure a vibrant 24-hour village center.
