Project Kick-Off!

Lone Pine Village construction starts this summer, with a groundbreaking ceremony to be announced. Construction will include Lone Pine Boulevard, 39 single family lots on the Lagoon, 9 townhome lots in The Lone Pine Square and 4 commercial lots along this pedestrian-friendly main street. Several exciting show homes and townhomes will be made available for purchase.

Community Partnerships

Icon West Devlopments Inc, is partnering with Columbia River Bank, who will host a full-scale site model in their lobby downtown The Dalles. Icon West has also partnered with the City of The Dalles Riverfront Trail Committee and the Northern Wasco County Parks and Recreation District to accelerate construction of nearly the last mile of the City's 10-mile riverfront public trail system. The plan includes spectacular features, such as an ADA fishing platform, a wetland overlook, entry park and Columbia interpretive overlook. Trail plan implementation includes nearly a 70% match by Icon West in land, consulting and construction for this $4 million effort.
