VISION

Lone Pine Village is a live-work community conceived to honor both the beauty of the world-renown Columbia River Gorge and the cultures that have called it home for over 10,000 years. The site is unique in the Columbia Gorge as it offers a balanced life within steps of the river’s edge, consistent stunning views from all four points of the compass, and easy access to all that the gorge has to offer both natural and man-made.

The Lone Pine Village site is located on the banks of the mighty Columbia River in The Dalles, Oregon just 80 miles east of Portland. Consistent with our design principle of balance, Lone Pine Village will comprise 60 acres of mixed-use residential and commercial space with 248 homes – single-family, townhomes, and condominiums with an additional 175,0000 square feet of plaza, professional offices, shops, restaurants, grocery and coffee bars.
